Professional Home Stager
​Our Stagers are artistic, detail-oriented individuals with good interpersonal skills. The Stager’s key responsibilities include visualizing staging plans as per the client’s chosen service, choosing furniture, artwork, and accessories, and working with the logistics team to implement the plan within the property. Stager’s are responsible for upholding the design standards of Model Property Brands, scheduling staging team members, training new hires on standards and facilitating in-home assessments.

Responsibilities

Stage a property using in house furniture, artwork, and accessories.

Responsible for placement of inventory onsite, as well overseeing the removal and re-packing of inventory when destaging properties.

Shop for new inventory with upper management approval.
Skills
-
Proven experience in interior design and staging - real estate marketing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

Outstanding organizational, time management, and coordination abilities
Professional Logistics Team Lead & Driver
Our Logistics Leads and Drivers are driven, detail-oriented individuals with good management skills. The Logistics Lead's key responsibilities include driving a 24-26' box truck, management of the onsite logistics team to implement the Stager's design plan within the property, and maintaining organized trucks and workspaces. Assist the leadership team in developing plan to scale current processes. Lead Logistic’s are responsible for upholding the on-site team standards of Model Property Brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Decor On-Site per Stager Direction

Maintain and Improve Processes to Increase Efficiency and Profitability

Inventory Protection, and Repair
-
Oversee and Perform Warehouse Tasks and Procedures (Daily Loading, Unloading, Stocking, Organization, Repairs, Cleanliness)
SKILLS:
-
Valid Driver's License
-
Experience in Driving large box delivery trucks a Plus
-
Ability to Move Furniture with Care, Professional Moving Experience a Plus
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
