We offer staging for Vacant and Occupied properties, as well as options tailored for all levels of Model Homes and Multi-Family Buildings.

Through our Concierge offering, our team can quickly assess a property and identify the potential to increase value and build equity for maximum return. Whether this is through updates in flooring, paint, lighting, fixtures, etc., our goal is to position properties to appraise for higher and sell for more. Our team of professionals are available to manage and oversee it all, down to the professional photography and landscape refresh.

Vacant Staging​:
​PREMIER PACKAGE
Our premier package includes designer selected key furniture pieces, along with art, textiles and accessories to define primary spaces within the home.
LUXURY PACKAGE
Our luxury package is premium designer selected furniture, upscale art and accessories, plus an additional layer of luxurious soft goods and personalized accents to fully engage buyers throughout the home.
Occupied Staging​:
​Ideal for owners who are residing in their home during the selling process. We provide room-by-room or entire home makeovers, depending on the needs of the homeowner. The items currently in the home are arranged in the best possible manner and can be supplemented with select items from our warehouse.
Model Homes
Partnering with us to market your next spec or model home allows you to utilize Designer level furniture, upscale art and accessories, plus an additional layer of luxurious soft goods on a rental basis, versus the higher cost of purchasing. Many of our builders require a rental option that allows for this inventory to be transferred from model to model as a property sells which we can customize based upon desired rental term.
Multi-Family Styling
As investors in multi-family ourselves, we know the challenges and opportunities occupancy rates can create. A professionally styled model apartment and common area spaces allow renters to visualize what life could be like living at your property. We even work with many multi-family clients to create rent-to-own or furnished apartment offerings.
